It seems that we got scammed too, we started the modification since March 2009 with AFS Loan Modification company. We paid them $3600.00 and we received a letter from our mortgage company July 2009 saying that they cancelled our application due to incomplete of application.But we provided AFS all the updated paper works/ documents that they needed from us. So now we are trying to get hold of "PAUL ALVAREZ" from AFS Loan Modification but all we get is a busy signal from his phone and we also called the office and it gave us the message of "Number No Longer in Service" . And we went to their office and it "empty"!!! How can people do that to people?????!!! This people doesn't have a heart...
