ACS Services IS The Williams Law Center previously doing business under Nationwide Loan Modification Services. They are scam artists preying on people who are getting ready to lose their homes. The bottom of the barrel scum as far as I am concerned. Nationwide had a cease and desist order against them from the Federal Trade Commission because of their fraudulent business practices. My advice is to stay away from any and all of these companies and the owners, James Mowrer, Paul Rosow, and Jennifer Williams!!!! I have it in writing that they were to refund my money and when it came time for them to refund the money all of a sudden they didn't have it. I had to make payment arrangements of which they honored one payment. After that I could not collect & am in the process of suing them in small claims court to collect the balance of the money they owe me. If you know what is good for you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
