I just want to start by saying, what a great company!!! The proof is always in the actions. I got a great deal on my home owners insurance, I could not believe it. I was working with Guy Vardi the owner/agent at 1st Capital Insurance. He and his staff where extremely knowledgeable about the insurance products that they are servicing. I could not believe that my prior agent did not shop me around in the same format. It seemed that the prior agent was more concerned about his commission then about me, at least that's how I felt when I saved over $1300 on my new policy with first Capital Insurance. I paid over $4,300 last year with a prior agent. These insurance rates where to high! Guy Vardi advised my about the importance of a mitigation report to maximize my savings on my home. I received credits I was not aware of before. So, with the mitigation report and shopping my home insurance around with several "A" rated carriers that they represent. Actually made my insurance buying experience, a favorable one. (which is rare when buying insurance). I gave 4 stars. Thank you Guy Vardi and 1st Capital staff...
