I feel like we went into our engagement with cbs with open eyes and an understanding that major changes needed to be made. The process itself took just over two months and in that time we were able to implement many of their suggested changes. I would be lying if I did not admit that it was a difficult process but one in which I believe was necessary.The entire experience was a growing process and for the first time in years I am excited about our future and confident in our ability to succeed.
