Has anyone filed a lawsuit against this company?

We rented a beach house through Jetpad homes. They were supposed to refund our 5K deposit after 60-90 days, but never did. The owner, Robert Kanaat, has not responded to our multiple emails and voicemails. Apparently others have fallen prey to his scheme as well, as sighted on Better Business Bureau and Trip Advisor. Has anyone filed a lawsuit against this company? I find it hard to believe that Kanaat is getting away with this!

JetPad homes defrauded me of $6440. They just took the money (including the damage deposit) and didn't even supply me the property I rented. They simply stopped returning my emails and phone calls, and kept my money.
This company is a straight up fraud.
