I called Wholesale Mortgage Source in November 2010 to get a refi on my house. I had an FHA loan at 6%. I spoke with a loan officer named Darren Orshoff. He quickly made me feel at ease giving me a ton of info about the loan and easily answering all of my many questions. I was weary about the loan process because my previous loan officer at my bank I felt really misled me. Darren assured me that he and Wholesale Mortgage Source would over deliver and that is just what they did!
Not only did they make the loan process easy, but they did everything they said they would and more. I thought I was going to get a 4.5% rate and in the end Darren got me a 4.25% rate. They said there would be no points or fees. I paid nothing for the loan. In fact I was able to skip 2 months of payments, got money back from my old impound account, and saved over $390 a month on my payment.
I will never go to another loan company. I hear about problems, lies, and mistakes all the time. I wanted to tell you that Wholesale Mortgage Source had none of that. On top of it all I feel like I learned a lot about how loans work! I will certainly use them again.
