Scammers! Charged my purchases on their "credit card" instead of my account

Opened up a PayPal account for my eBay purchases. Soon there after I started getting calls about an overdue account... what account? I called immediately to try and resolve the issue. I thought it was resolved, getting more calls. I call back, resolve again. Now I'm getting calls AGAIN! Mind you, I have NEVER used any PayPal credit account. Three months later I have 95.00 in late fees on an account I: 1. was unaware I had, 2. did not authorize charges on, and 3. I have made attempts to resolve! Customer service so rude.. well non-existent. On their site it clearly says they will use your monies FIRST before going to their "credit account" but that was NOT true in this situation. They did NOT follow that protocol. Considering an attorney as a matter of principal. Class action would be better if others victims of the same scam.
