I purchased 2 bottles of their Cardioxine back in March 2009. They gave me one extra free, because I bought 2. I had some questions and they followed up right away. I spoke to a man named Michael, who was very informative. I went in for my physical in August and my total cholesterol drop from 256 to 228 from last year's physical. However, my LDL went from 161 mg/dl to 153 mg/dl. I was expecting more, especially for $30 a month. I called and asked for a refund, which they stated on their website. It was actually pleasant receiving my refund, and they even paid for my shipping charges back to them. Its unfortunate their product did not work as much as I hoped, but they're one of the few online companies that actually refund you your money easily.
