BUYER BEWARE!! I believe that this company is fraudulent. I paid close to $2000 over a year ago and have nothing to show for it. I hired this company to help me with a loan modification, and 17 months later I don't have a loan modification and I have yet to see my refund. This company is disorganized and they seem to hire family members and/or other employees that don't stay there very long. Over the past year, I have been submitting and resubmitting paperwork--according to the bank, the paperwork requested from this company, is often the wrong paperwork ,and now I am no closer to a loan modification. I requested a refund, to which I was told that the loan modification would have to be denied by the bank to receive the refund. When I located the refund policy that I had signed, it said that I could get a refund if I was not happy with the service. I sent a long list of things I am not happy about to the CEO, who said she would issue a refund. That was months ago, I keep getting "the checks in the mail" speech and still no refund, I now have to take them to small claims court, which is a complete pain. I have been scammed; I hope that this review will help you not get scammed.
