Review on honesty

Unfortunately my contact with this company was not the best. Every thing started out ok but Chris Trahan requsted that I not make my payments to my mortgage company for the next three months...which I did. I told him I was concerned about my credit report but he said that he would take care of that and not to worry. I had great on time payments for the previous 9 years. They charged me $8000.00 and did exactly nothing. I processed most of the paperwork through my mortgage company myself. Today I cannot get a loan due to the late payments on file. I am pushing my paperwork through and the only issue is they see late payments. I wished Chris would have backed his word up with a letter which stated that he asked me not to make payments for 3 months.. Once he began the process his work, not much happened. My credit score is 722 everything should have been ok. Do not trust this company. I still struggle to get this corrected. I have also called 7 On Your Side to see if I can recover a portion of my $8000.00 back. They have no conscience just take your money and move on. Gilda Hammond
