I would like to take a minute and express my gratitude to the Law offices of Mahan M. Abbasi and Associates for the prestene service they provided for me and my extended family. As most modification procedures can be time consuming and not to entertaining to a homeowner, dealing with this law firm and getting our loan modified was everything but uncomfortable. Their customer service was very good with on time return phone calls, efficient filing dates and as quoted a 3 month turnaround give or take a few days. They do not waste anytime on getting things started as their client coordinators are on call immediately and faxing and emailing paperwork back and forth is immediate. I contacted them through the NMC national mortgage center, They had a A+ rating on here when I hired them to represent me against my lender and I dont see why their grade would change but I highly recommend their service, very understanding and supportive staff. And they check out with the california bar association and national mortgage center.
