We hired this firm for a loan modification. Two years later and we just found out they have made a bigger mess of our loan than it was before we hired them. There was one person who did her best to help us, I think, but until we review the files from their office and our bank we won't be sure. Right now our bank is telling us that the firm never tried to negotiate any modification and basically called every few months for an "update". Very disapointed. After a very rude and callous call from the firm late last night (that obviously left me sleepless) I took it upon myself to call our bank and was able to establish a modification plan in less than 30 minutes.
