Recently ordered a dog bed and back seat cover from K9 Ballistics. Their website claims to have chewproof beds. Our dog chewed through the bed in less than one hour. I called them up and after leaving three messages they finally called me back. At first refused to refund the bed, saying they only do exchanges. I demanded to speak to a manager, and after holding for about 20 minutes, I got someone who said he was a manager. After talking with him he agreed to refund the bed and cover but refused to pay shipping. I sent it UPS, for the tracking insurance. It got to the company in four days but it took two weeks of constant calling to get the refund. Once I got the refund it was less than what we paid. Another three days of constant phone calls and I found out they charged me a 25% restocking fee. I will never buy from them and I warn anyone looking for a good dog bed to look elsewhere.
