I took out a new car loan with HMFC. I set up payments out of my Bank of America account using their bill pay system for the 15th, the payment was due on the 20th. Although Bank of America's delivery date is an estimate, in my experience, which is extensive, Hyundai somehow didn't apply the payment for 16 days. They send a new bill out February 28 and said I was delinquent. I'm still on the phone attempting to get resolution. The customer service person wanted me to see if Bank of America got delivery confirmation on the bill payment. That suggestion was so stupid I asked for his supervisor and have been waiting over 20 min to talk to them with no end in site.
