I spoke to Jake S. Who told me he was the owner. He said after speaking to him for about 30 minutes that I would get modified or he would refund my $700. He mentioned also that I shouldn't have to worry since I am putting it on a credit card. I said that I don't like doing this stuff in the first place. I did it and now I am trying to get my money back. I called the bank and they called the company. They spoke to Jake who said that the person in the billing office isn't present (which I thought he was the owner) so why does he need to forward it to some billing department. Also he stated that he met the obligation on the website. I have tried to call back after the bank called to clarify the information and he was on the other line. I told the lady I will wait. I waited for 25 minutes and then it went to an answering machine. Now the answering machines do not work and nobody picks up. I have all the emails that I have been sending them and I haven't received one response.
I have been on the phone trying to reach the company in the past few days to resolve the issue. Still to no avail. Today I spoke to Jake finally and I mentioned for him to send me an email stating he would refund the money while I was on the phone. He stated that he needs to be get with Mike before he could send it.
My question is that he didn't have to get with Mike when he promised me the refund, but when he needs to give it he needs to get with Mike.
If anyone else has the issue and would like to pursue another avenue then please send me an email and we could combine our efforts. This company needs to learn their lesson.
