This was quite the surprise to me coming out of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and having lenders say that I would have to wait an additional year or two before they could look at doing a refinance. Tim assured me that after answering a few questions that he could get it done. He in fact did and had no issues at all. Great support and answered all of our questions. It was a fantastic experience and the closing was even done in our home.
