I have just completed a review of information from rip-offs.com, "Christian Debt Scams", and now the BBB. Charges against the company (from other than BBB) appear to be confined to the name "Christian", which by the company's representatives own admission (Chris and Bob Mark), is a title only and the company employees both Christian and Non-Christian. I was told that they have expenses and the funds they receive, in addition to my loan payment ($38/mo), go to paying for the operation of their business. I believe that they answer questions forthrightly. I just enrolled with them 2 days ago, and frankly didn't know that I was going to be so concerned about the process of debt consolidation as I am now, (turning bill paying over to someone I hardly know). It is 03/26/2010. I'll let you know how things work out. -r2
