Renter Beware

We rented this property for four years and dealt directly with the land lord most of the time. We left when our lease expired on 10/31/2011. We had the carpets professionally cleaned and painted the property with the paint provided to us. Mr. Ed Cassaud conducted a walk through with me the day after we moved. He said the property looked great and the carpets were clean. A screen was ripped on the patio. I reminded him that the home was 8 years old and is subject to wear and tear. More than 30 days later I was charged 1400.00 for damages and expenses.This company and it's owner Ed Cassaud need to be held accountable for ethical violations. Mr Cassaud hung the phone up on me when I tried to speak with him. Beware of this company!!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!!They will attempt to destroy your credit and your character. They are bad!!!
