After trying to get a loan modification for over a year and getting nowhere with the bank we gave up. We received a phone call from Richard Farrington who left a message on our phone about doing a modification and we were very reluctant, but did call him back. He took the time to explain in detail what CDA Law Center could do to help us and encouraged us to talk to one of the attorneys if we had any more questions. Daniel Shirtser phoned us back and explained to us what each step would involve and how the procedure would proceed. After spending time with him on the phone we felt comfortable enough to give them a try.
We then began procedures with Crystal Oropeza, who was fantastic with us. When we had questions we'd call, if we had to leave a message it was always returned very timely. The whole process was fast and easy and we couldn't be happier with every dealing we had with each person we were in contact with at CDA Law Center.
