Is the Home Employment Agency of California a reliable, for real company. Elizabeth Jackson is America's Top Work at Home Consultant.

Lillie,
I linked their report above for you to view their F rating. Although there are no complaints the work at home industry is very problematic. Check out the New Scams tab at the top of this page for more information about the work at home industry.

The Elizabeth Jackson style sites keep changing names although they are advertised with very consistent methods refined over the last 4-5 years, typically in the form of a fake news article. These are scam artists who have gotten very good at making their sites and sales pitches seem credible. If you buy into these programs you will get phone calls from people trying to sell you their $1000 ebay coaching program, and if you buy that, they'll keep trying to sell you other stuff you "need" to be successful. I got taken for a ride for over $5,000 after buying the Elizabeth Jackson program. I'm not sure if that website is owned by the scammers or if they somehow buy leads from the Elizabeth Jackson owner (which is illegal). So the website is at least sketchy if not downright fraudulent. The information taught is how to sell stuff on ebay, and you only get paid when someone buys the stuff, unlike what they tell you on the site.
By the way the whole network of companies and sites selling the fraudulent coaching programs are currently being investigated by the FTC:
FTC Case No. 2:11-cv-00283-JCM-GWF
File No. 1023218
